The Main Gate is Open
The main gate is open and Canyon Rim roads are drive-able.
Please begin to move your trailers out of the winter parking lot now.
We don't yet have a report on the condition of the road into the upper lots. They are likely not yet clear.

Main Gate is Open - With Limited Access
The main gate is now open. However,
Mt Aire Upper Loop and Canyon Rim Road above the fork to Mt Aire Upper Loop still have snow and mud in some areas. Please consider these roads closed to all but small 4
wheelers.
Snow also remains on Mt Aire Lower Loop between lots 138 and 142.
Most of the road is dry up to the "T" where the upper and lower loop roads begin.
As always, please observe the speed limit (15 MPH) and drive safely!
March 12, 2015
Road Closed to All Cars and Trucks
The main road is temporarily closed
to all auto and truck traffic because of the high potential
to do serious damage due to wet and muddy conditions. Some damage has already occurred around the S curve.
Please notify any contractors who might be anxious to drive in that they will need to wait until conditions improve.
If you want to get to your lot, you may do so on ATVs, UTVs, or
other similar means. However you will need your brass key to enter through the winter gate.
If you have
an emergency, please contact one of the board members or John Forster for assistance.
We will post a new notice as soon as conditions allow .
