MAIN GATE OPENING THIS WEEKEND!

Boy! I'm always so jazzed this time of year to get the news the main gate will be opening. I love to be able to drive straight up to the cabin in my car!!! The excitement of pull-starting the 800's wanes quickly (especially the older I get!) ...

Anyway, please use extreme caution and care, as the roads are still muddy and difficult to drive through this time of year.

I spoke with Carol and they are in the process of obtaining an appraisal. She also added they have absolutely loved the Association and are sad about selling their cabin. She was very complimentary of Lowell and everything he has done to make Canyon Rim Ranches a great place to live. Kudos, Lowell!

PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL BEAR SIGHTINGS IN OUR AREA. FORSTER'S SPOTTED A LARGE BEAR AT THE GARBAGE DUMP LAST WEEKEND, ALONG WITH REPORTS OF SIGHTINGS ON THE MIRROR LAKE HIGHWAY. BE CAREFUL ON YOUR WALKS AROUND THE LOOP!
