Upper Weber Canyon Meeting

It was real snoozer for most of the night. The Summit County Fire Warden dropped the bomb when he indicated that the new Section 65 of the Utah Code would be enforced beginning this year. It may require sprinkler systems and apparently will require on-site storage of 5000 gallons. Existing cabins are exempted by the regulation......Glad mine is built...tough regulations for the new builders...

ROAD INFORMATION

FOR ALL OF YOU WHO WANT TO KNOW THE ROAD IS APPARENTLY DRY ABOUT HALF WAY UP THE HILL. WE PLAN ON KEEPING THE ROAD CLOSED FOR A WHILE YET AS KNOW THAT IT WILL RECEIVE DAMAGE. WE ALSO WANT TO BUILD UP WATER SUPPLIES AND CLEAN OUT THE NEW TANK.

OTHER NEWS, THE BOARD HAS MET AND DECIDED AN NUMBER OF ISSUES. MOST IMPORTANT, THE SUMMER CLEAN-UP PARTY HAS BEEN SET FOR JUNE 2ND WITH A RAIN DATE OF THE FOLLOWING WEEKEND. THE MEMBERSHIP MEETING IS SET FOR APRIL 26 AT THE TYLER LIBRARY IN MIDVALE BEGINNING AT 6:30 PM
